celebrated the sept bday ppl.
my one of my rare bday cakes. ahaha. i dun really like bday cakes. but i like them because they bring ppl together. haha. contridictary? coz they are expensive! i'd rather just a song and like.. blow out candles over dinner. hahahhahahahhaa. right.
no, i am not hinting.
well.. since i'm here, hahaa. I WANT THE MICROMEMO (some ipod recording device). HINT HINT. ahhaha. boldly saying this here coz it is expensive and shouldnt waste the money unless u've won like $10k. ahhaa.
but yea. today's trng was.. erm... no game, purely track. i think this is the first rugby trng that i did not touch a rugby ball.
had bowling from 4-6pm b4 rugby.
ahhaa. i think God is really protecting me. He plans in such a way that when i dun have COE, i have sch trng and stuff... so its rarely that i have 'a complete set' of trngs for the wk.
today.... i felt veery very careless. during warm up, i think i twisted my right ankle. heard a light krack sound... so for the remaining of the warm up, i was at slow pace on the other foot. after awhile.. it got better. (:
and i think i pulled my right hemstring and have probs straighting my legs now. )): how lame. literally. ahha. we're just starting the whole fitness thing again. and the first sprint of the day, i felt the muscle under my right thigh really tight. whole trng!! i was spraying the cold spray (coz the deep heat was expired) every recovery time la. finally, the set of sprints.. 1st 2 set, i jogged. couldnt strecth any further. the last 2 sets,... heck it. choing. and see la. now it is aching.
so, its the 2nd time that we're doing such a trng. and it's much easier the 2nd time round.
i wasn't really pushing myself as hard as last wk.. partially because of the hemstring. i just hope to increase my stamina and strength.
i'm worried for the performance on sat!!! ms emi told me that someone backed out and needs me to replace for ballet. so now i'm doing both tap and ballet for the performance! wads more worrying is that.. i will only learn the dance on sat 12pm. and the performance is at 4pm. haha. like some drama thing sia. but the dance is a recycled dance with changes... so its easier.
right.
so i only have tmr... to.. erm. do my own things.
and next wk... is Singapore Open MQ wk!!!!for bowling that is. and i'm not really on form lar. really pissing. i was shooting scores of 190 200 during the last few wks of trngs. and recently, i can't pick up my spares, nor just feel the shot. very worrying. indeed. indeed. haha. but nonetheless, i was really happy to see sam again.
