this morng trng was 3hrs and i can feel the muscles aching now. we did the diving thing again, and now, my leg is filled with more itchy rashes and ugly cuts. haha. blech. i dun like tembusu field.


after that, went home b4 heading off for carolling. after carolling, went to watch a movie with some of them. i know i had a gd time. its been ages since i'm out like that.
