had mission trng just now. my ticket is confirmed. full trip; missing 2 full wks of sch. pray. i need to be still. God is trying to speak to me but i'm always not fully focused.

my back mega ached today. got off the bed with my thighs feeling wierd and jellyish. calves felt like as if it was being pulled. haha. its not that i did any straneous activity the day before.. happy that i made it to sch. hakim helped me message my shoulders and felt better..

i just want to thank God for today. although time is not on our side, there is a time for everything.
